About Dawn
Hi and Thank-You for taking the time to go through my Website...
My name is Dawn, and I'm an International Multi-Award winning Equine & Canine Photographer. I am based in Christchurch, Dorset where I have lived for most of my life. I feel very lucky to live here as I have the New Forest & Beaches so close!
I shoot Nikon, my first camera being a D3300 7 years ago. My passion for Equine & Canine photography arose when my first son was born and I stopped Horse Riding. I felt something in my life was missing and it was Horses! I photographed a bit of everything for the first few years, but 4 years ago I visited a friend and she asked me to bring my Camera. I spent the day with her photographing the bond between her and her rescue horse, and I haven't looked back since.
I fit my photography around my beautiful little family; My Boyfriend Rob, and two children - Joshua (7) and Lillie (2). I also work part time in retail, which I hope to eventually give that up to pursue my dream of running a successful Equine Photography Business.
